RideFlow is for people aged 13 and over. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and inviting only people authorized to join a trip. Do not use RideFlow to break the law, invade privacy, or harm others.

You retain rights in content you submit and grant RideFlow the rights needed to store, display, and share it with authorized trip members. Upload only content you have the right to use.

Photos, videos, and collaborative content are shared in private trips with authorized members; RideFlow does not pre-approve every upload. You can report content or members and block abusive users. We monitor the support channel 24/7 for safety reports and may remove content, remove a member from a trip, or ban an account from RideFlow when needed to protect people, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

RideFlow is an organization tool and does not replace safe judgment, traffic laws, insurance, or professional advice. Expenses, splits, and payment confirmations are user-entered information; members should verify them before making decisions.

We may update RideFlow or these terms when needed. For material changes, we will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice. You may stop using RideFlow or request account deletion through the public instructions.
